Due to Iryna`s effort and energy, change management competency in Ukraine is developing in a structured and systematic way, backed by a solid ACMP methodology. Iryna supported my team as we decided to create a change management unit in UKRSIBBANK to support transformations from people side of change. Knowledge and practice from Iryna helped us in increasing value and quality of change management. I am very grateful to Iryna for developing Change Management community in Ukraine and having a platform where all change managers can share and develop their skills.
