I had a great experience with the Certified ACMP QEP™ Course Q000236 “Change Management.” in November 2025. Iryna is a highly professional and engaging trainer with deep expertise in change management and the ACMP Standard. She explains complex concepts clearly, connects theory with real-life practice based on her own extended experience as well as cases coming from ACMP expert community, and creates a very interactive learning environment. What I especially appreciated was Iryna’s level of commitment beyond the formal course: always open to questions, to providing additional guidance and support to participants even outside of the training sessions.
