According to the EY Express-survey, Q4 2019, 45% of Ukrainian companies consider staff resistance to be one of the main difficulties in implementing organizational changes. However, you can predict how people will react to change and take actions that will positively involve them in change.

 

We invite you to participate in the program if organizational changes in processes, systems, technologies, culture or workplace cause you or your colleagues increasing anxiety or uncertainty.

The purpose of the online workshop

To provide participants with the basic knowledge and tools necessary for successful piloting and participation in projects, managing their teams during periods of organizational change (based on the international ACMP Standard used in commercial, state and public structures. ACMP – The Association of Change Management Professionals). The level of the program is elementary
