After the end of our interactive program, you can:
Apply the Change Management process structure: You will learn the standard Change Management process structure according to the standards of the Association of Change Management Professionals (AСMP), but with a personalized approach to each participant, which will help you effectively plan, coordinate, and control the adaptation of change participants within your organizational project.
Form a Change Case and Human Side of Change risk list: Under the guidance of your mentor, you will be able to develop your own Change Case and Human Side of Change risk list that will meet the specific needs of your project.
Build engagement with your project manager and team: You'll receive personalized advice and strategies for interacting with your project manager and team to help ensure successful change implementation.
Prepare for change: With the support of your mentor, you will be able to diagnose the readiness of participants for the project and develop a training plan and motivational strategies that correspond to different roles and types of people in your organization.
Develop activities that support the "human side" of stakeholder change: You will receive individual guidance and support in developing activities that contribute to the effectiveness of your project's goals and support the "human side" of stakeholder change.
Engage stakeholders in the change process and improve the communication plan: You will learn strategies for engaging stakeholders in the change process and developing a communication plan that takes into account different contexts and needs, taking into account the individual characteristics of your project.
Recognize signs of resistance to change and implement actions to overcome obstacles: You will be able to recognize signs of resistance to change in time and develop individual strategies and actions to overcome them.
Form a Change Management Plan and support the implementation of changes in the organization: Under the guidance of a mentor, you will develop a Change Management Plan for your project.
How we will work:
— 4 training sessions lasting 3 hours and 30 minutes (according to a convenient schedule for training participants)
— 3 hours of mentoring from our experienced trainers during training and work on the CM Plan of your project
— Homework and tests on participants' projects during the month between sessions
— Defense of the course work "Change Management Plan" for obtaining the Diploma of the ChangeImpulse School.
